Injection Moulding Die

Product Details:

1. Shaping: The primary function of the die is to create the shape of the plastic part. The die consists of two halves — the cavity (which defines the external shape) and the core (which defines the internal shape).

2. Cooling: Moulds have cooling channels through which coolant is passed to cool the molten plastic, solidifying it and allowing the part to be ejected.

3. Ejection: After the plastic cools and solidifies, the die must have an ejection system to remove the part from the mould.
